Orders placed before 9:00am (AEST) will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 9:00am will be shipped the following business day.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING INFORMATION & TRACKING MY ORDER

Please check your junk mail. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email with your tracking information enclosed. 

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email once it has been dispatched. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our customer care team directly at customerservice@porterjewellery.com.

Your order can take a few hours to become live for tracking after you receive this number. AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Free standard shipping applies on all domestic orders over the value of $100 AUD.

Free express shipping applies on all domestic orders over the value of $200 AUD.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. See delivery time frames from dispatch as specified by Australia post below:

Standard (NSW) - 2-4 business days

Standard (Interstate) - 3-6 business days

Express - (NSW) - 1-2 business days

Express - (Interstate) - 1-3 business days


NEW ZEALAND - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Postage cost is calculated at checkout.

All orders to New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post and then passed on to NZ Post. See estimated delivery time frames from dispatch below:

REST OF THE WORLD - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note for international orders: Taxes and duties are not included in the cost of your order and may be eligible for payment upon arrival into your country. If a parcel is returned to us due to failure to pay taxes and duties, or if left unclaimed, you will be liable to cover re-shipment costs. These parcels are not eligible for refunds. 

 

Your Australia Post tracking number is also compatible with your local postage carriers tracking/website! Once your parcel arrives in its destination country, you can enter this into your local carriers website for more detailed tracking updates.
