Please contact customerservice@porterjewllery.com with the below details to lodge your return:

  • Order Number

  • Email address and phone number associated with purchase

  • Reason for return

  • Return request (e.g. size or product exchange, store credit)

Note: free shipping does not apply for returns and exchanges. If requesting an exchange, you will need to include a pre-paid post satchel addressed to yourself (name, shipping address, phone number) within your return so that we are able to send your new item back to you. If not included, you will be charged the relevant freight cost once your return has been processed.

Kindly note all online orders can also be returned or exchanged in-store at our Bondi Beach boutique within 30 days of receiving your order.

We offer returns and exchanges on all full priced items so long as your return is lodged within 30 days of receiving your order. Any return requests lodged outside of this period will be rejected. Please note we do not offer refunds on standard returns at this time, so please ensure you are making your purchase mindfully.

Products must be returned to Porter in original sellable condition, including all packaging provided at the time of purchase.

International Returns:

We unfortunately are unable to offer exchanges on International orders. International orders can be returned for a credit note so long as the return is lodged within 30 days of the order being received. In line with our domestic returns policy, we do not offer refunds on standard returns.

Once received, all returns are processed within 2 business days.
